Mike DeLuca

Mike DeLuca joined the OneSource team in 2005. Mike has been in the credit/finance industry for over 30 years, starting in the mid 80's with Dun & Bradstreet where he held several positions on the credit reporting side, finishing in the customized solutions area. Prior to joining OneSource, Mike spent 16 years with Euler Hermes, the world's largest Credit Insurance Company, finishing his tenure with Euler in the position of SVP National Sales Director U.S. In this role, he was responsible for sales, marketing and international underwriting. Mike holds several designations in the credit industry and is very active in the International Credit community.
David Weatherbie

David Weatherbie has been with One Source since its inception in 2003. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer and is involved with all aspects of the One Source organization. David is also the Chief Financial Officer of Seafax, Inc. He has been with Seafax for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Seafax, David was manager/senior financial analyst at UNUM's Enterprise Finance Division. He earned a BS degree in Economics from Bates College and a MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
John Flahaut

John Flahaut joined the One Source team in 2009. He serves as SVP, running our Structured Credit and Energy team, concentrating on developing structured risk solutions covering project finance, counterparty expansion, risk mitigation and traditional credit insurance programs. John is also tasked with overseeing our ICBA portfolio. Prior to joining One Source, John was Regional Vice President for Atradius Trade Credit Insurance, where he supervised regional managers and led efforts encompassing the marketing, sales, broker relations and customer support segments across the Midwest Region. John’s career includes 30+ years of experience in the credit insurance and finance industries. He served on the Finance & Administration Committee of the National Grain and Feed Association and is an active participant/speaker at numerous energy and grain conferences including IECA, NGFA, NAEMA and others.
Don McMichael

Don McMichael joined the One Source Team in January 2026. Don has been in the credit insurance industry for over 34 years and also has been active in surety for nearly a decade. He has had a diverse set of responsibilities that have ranged from client service, strategy, start up management, international fronting and operational development. Don holds a Project Management Professional certification and spent 34 years in the industry at Allianz Trade as well as a tenure at Atradius Trade Credit Insurance, Inc. Don holds a Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics.

As Director of Client Services, Lillian is responsible for all facets of OneSource’s primary focus…Client Service. Lillian oversees the Client Information Services, Client Account Services and Account Management Services Groups. Her commitment is to ensure top-notch levels of support for OneSource clients, as well as, develop and implement processes to continuously elevate our clients’ experience. Lillian joined OneSource in 2009. Her background is in Accounting and Management. She holds a B.S. in Technology Leadership & Supervision with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Houston. She is also fluent in Spanish.
